EH&S Specialist Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an EH&S Specialist to lead safety and environmental programs in our orthopedic manufacturing facility. Implement and maintain site-wide EH&S programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and corporate standards. Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses in manufacturing areas. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action follow-up. Develop and deliver EH&S training for production, engineering, and support staff. Support and maintain ISO 14001/45001 or equivalent environmental and safety management systems. Monitor and report EH&S metrics, trends, and compliance status to site leadership. Coordinate regulatory reporting, documentation, and interface with external auditors or inspectors. Partner with operations and engineering to improve ergonomics, machine guarding, and safe work procedures.
