EH&S Specialist Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an EH&S Specialist to drive safety and environmental compliance at our orthopedic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will implement EH&S programs, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and ensure alignment with OSHA, EPA, and medical device regulations. You will lead safety training, audits, and corrective actions while partnering with operations and engineering to reduce risk. Implement and maintain EH&S programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and medical device regulations. Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Lead safety and environmental training for production and support teams. Perform routine audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root cause analysis. Maintain EH&S documentation, permits, and regulatory records. Collaborate with operations and engineering to integrate EH&S into processes and equipment changes. Track, analyze, and report safety metrics to support continuous improvement. Support waste management, chemical handling, and environmental compliance activities. Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, communication, and engagement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams during new product and process introductions to assess EH&S impacts.
