Lead and maintain site environmental, health, and safety programs in a medical device manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and industrial hygiene evaluations Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions Develop and deliver EH&S training for production and support staff Support and improve ISO 14001 and

ISO 45001

(or equivalent) management systems and audits Track, analyze, and report EH&S metrics to drive continuous improvement Partner with operations, engineering, and quality to integrate safety into processes and equipment design Coordinate environmental reporting, waste management, and chemical handling programs Promote a strong safety culture aligned with Orchid's patient-focused and quality-driven values OSHA regulations and compliance Environmental permitting and reporting Risk assessment and job hazard analysis Incident investigation and root cause analysis Industrial hygiene and exposure monitoring Safety training development and delivery Ergonomics and machine guarding Regulatory documentation and audits
