24/7 Fire Protection Inc. is seeking an experienced and licensed Fire Protection Professional Engineer (PE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and reviewing automatic fire sprinkler and fire protection systems and a strong understanding of applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Design, review, and oversee automatic fire sprinkler and fire protection systems. Perform and review hydraulic calculations and system designs. Ensure designs comply with NFPA standards, applicable building codes, and fire protection regulations. Review plans, specifications, and technical documents. Provide engineering support to project managers, designers, and field personnel. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. Sign and seal engineering documents as required. Assist with resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the project.

Qualifications:

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Active Fire Protection Professional Engineer license required, with the ability to practice and provide engineering services for fire protection systems as required by applicable state regulations. Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field. Experience with automatic fire sprinkler and fire protection system design required. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, applicable building codes, and fire protection regulations. Experience with hydraulic calculations and fire protection design software. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
