$75,000 to $95,000 base, plus 7.5% target annual bonus This role leads environmental, health, safety, and security initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities in the Eastern Tennessee region, serving as a key member of the plant leadership team responsible for employee protection, regulatory compliance, and operational safety performance. Schedule Onsite position based in Johnson City, Tennessee. Compensation $75,000 to $95,000 base salary, plus a 7.5% target annual bonus. Company-paid relocation assistance is available. What You'll Do This person will lead Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs across multiple manufacturing facilities, developing and implementing strategic initiatives that improve workplace safety and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include managing departmental budgets and safety improvement projects, representing the facility on the Global EHSS Council, and leading ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
management systems along with related continuous improvement initiatives. This role also conducts Job Hazard Analyses, safety observations, incident investigations, and risk assessments, and develops and delivers EHSS training programs for employees and leadership. This person will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, TDEC, and other federal, state, and local regulations, manage Workers' Compensation processes and injury reduction initiatives, and monitor key performance metrics to recommend process improvements across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 8+ years of manufacturing EHS experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience within a manufacturing environment (with degree) Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, TDEC, and environmental regulations Experience implementing or managing ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
