As a key member of the Integrated Supply Chain team, you'll lead EHS initiatives across multiple locations, champion a zero-harm culture, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and progress toward our sustainability goals. This role supports our Systems Protection Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) business.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Be the EHS champion who motivates, inspires, instills passion and drives compliance and continues improvement across multiple facilities and cultures. Be responsible for coordination, alignment, harmonization, standard process sharing and communication on EHS programs. Develop strategic plans in collaboration with business and functional needs; implement, monitor, analyze and report on EHS initiatives and progress. Provide clear and continuous direction to the site teams driving a zero harm mentality safety culture. Develop and apply proactive EHS tools and deploy improvements as needed. Lead environmental processes to ensure company and regulatory requirements are met in relation to permitting obligations, discharge and emissions limits as well as hazardous/special waste management. Drive environmental sustainability progress through identification and completion of projects supporting nVent sustainability targets. Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and proactively close related gaps and deficiencies. Coordinate and engage plant personnel in the identification, development and implementation of EHS programs that will positively affect and contribute to the organization. Lead EHS incidents through problem solving, coaching and scaling corrective action. Implement Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) achieving respective ISO external certifications for focus facilities.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Operations, Engineering, or business related field; MBA or master's level education preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience leading all aspects of safety and environmental management systems Previous experience leading safety across construction, field services and multi-site manufacturing environments Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role strongly preferred Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time Spanish speaking capability a plus

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$146,300.00 - $271,700.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
