Full Job Description Overview:
Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation ("DGOC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Company PLC, a US-based company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol "DEC". Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Allocation Manager will have the responsibly for management, execution, and reporting on the Diversified Energy allocation initiatives. The position is accountable for the daily and monthly allocation processes for oil, gas, and water and providing relevant production data to all other aspects of the organization. The position will also drive systematic improvement, focus of the production allocation team while maintaining accuracy all allocation data. Additionally, this role will work very closely with multiple other departments within the organization including accounting, operations, planning, and midstream and marketing for all Production Allocation matters. Special focus to be placed on: Responsible for the review, analysis and communication of upstream and downstream production allocations to senior management as part of the Measurement and Allocation (MA) process on a timely basis. Drive performance on data management and production allocations within Diversified Energy ERP system Enertia Manage a comprehensive validation and approval of daily and monthly production data into the corporate volume reporting systems, including the resolution of inaccurate/incomplete data Ensure all errors and issues related to the input production data into the system have been resolved in order to provide an accurate daily and monthly production allocation. Manage the necessary functions to allocate the production data within the system including the resolution of all theoretical and allocation errors. Lead and supervise a team of Production Data Analyst (PDA); ensure the accuracy of production measurement, operational data capture, and production allocations. Review and approve all requests for PPA's for gas and liquid measurement. Support Management in the monthly allocation close related activity "Month End"; compiling, review, and obtain sign-off for Diversified Energy monthly activity. Own and drive linkages relating to other production systems within DGO (Cygnet, FDC, FlowCal, Enertia)
Qualifications:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from an Accredited College; Previous experience in any related field/industry will be considered in lieu of a degree. Ability to work multiple issues with varying deadlines across multiple functional areas in addition an ability to prioritize issues to ensure work tasks meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and strong ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and formal written correspondence. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Previous leadership roles are a plus. Experience with SQL script writing and SQL databases is a plus.

Any previous experience with the following is a plus FlowCal, Enertia, FDC, Power
BI, SCADA
(Cygnet, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.) Intermediate to advance proficiency levels for Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods working at a desk in front of a computer.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
