• POSITION SUMMARY

• Seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer / Warehouse Launch Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operational launch of a new 100,000-square-foot distribution facility in the Avondale/Goodyear, Arizona area.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in transitioning operations from the existing approximately 80,000-square-foot Arizona warehouse into the new facility while establishing efficient, scalable warehouse processes designed to support continued growth in the automotive aftermarket. This position is responsible for optimizing the storage, movement, and handling of automotive aftermarket products including CV axles, wheel hubs, brake components and calipers, suspension components, steering components, and related products. Combining industrial engineering, warehouse optimization, project management, operational leadership, and change management, the role will analyze current warehouse operations, develop future-state layout and material flow, establish inventory slotting strategies, coordinate physical transitions, and ensure the new facility is operational, safe, and efficient. Following successful launch and stabilization of the Arizona warehouse, the individual will travel to the South Carolina operation for operational review, warehouse optimization, and support of new product-line launches. Extended periods in South Carolina may be required depending upon project requirements and business needs. This role collaborates closely with international corporate leadership, regional operations, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams. Depending upon performance and organizational needs, this position may ultimately assume operational leadership responsibility for the Arizona facility.
