Phoenix, Arizona Summary This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the production line and ensuring stable manufacturing performance for BESS. The position leads daily production activities, supports process and technical issues, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration to maintain productivity, quality, and delivery targets. The production engineer plays a critical role in managing production operations, providing technical support for manufacturing processes, and responding to production issues and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). This position focuses on maintaining production stability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing line. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations of the production line to ensure production targets and operational goals are achieved Monitor and manage production performance indicators including OEE, productivity, yield, and downtime Provide technical support for production processes and assist in resolving equipment, process, and product-related issues Lead initial response and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime and maintain line stability Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve technical and operational issues Support and manage NCR investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence Support continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce quality costs Monitor production workflow and ensure proper coordination of materials, manpower, and equipment Complete required documentation and audits as required by the position Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in production environments Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering preferredLanguage:
Fluent in English, Korean preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations Experience supporting production line troubleshooting and process improvement Experience working with manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or MES preferred Physical Requirements Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours Safety glasses Steel-toed shoesOn-site Requirement:
