Chrome Hearts is seeking an entry level and adaptable Production Engineer to join our team. The role demands someone who can rapidly learn and retain knowledge of current production methods and equipment while ensuring the smooth operation of the production line.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Rapidly learn and retain knowledge of current production processes, equipment, tooling, and methods related to production. Multi-task effectively with a high degree of awareness regarding technical issues and quality control concerns. Develop and improve new processes, methods, and tooling for manufacturing various materials fastening systems, metal parts, and combination assemblies. Collaborate with other departments and vendors to enhance capability and capacity outside of the direct production team. Develop, track, test, and submit samples of new production methods. Create and maintain in-process and final QC equipment methods and standards to ensure quality production. Setup tooling and machines for production runs, ensuring all requirements are met. Identify and resolve bulk production-related issues, documenting solutions and driving continuous improvement. Maintain process documentation and ensure consistent performance and knowledge retention across the team.QUALIFICATIONS
Direct manufacturing experience in a production line environment. Proven track record of problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues to keep the line running efficiently. Experience in developing human/machine manufacturing processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work with various production materials. CAD design skills are a major plus. Spanish speaking skills are a significant advantage. Casting experience is a plus. No degree required, as on-the-job experience is highly valued for this role. Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability.POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. TRAVEL Travel is expected for this position.OTHER DUTIES
