  • Full-time Summary/Objective HPP Food Services is a leading toll processor for fresh food/beverage products that are manufactured for High Pressure Processing.
The company has an amazing opportunity with benefits for a Jr. Engineer in the Wilmington area. This is an entry level position and is an exciting opportunity for an individual with Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Process Engineering Degree, or related field, to join our Company. This position's primary role will be to manage production planning, oversee the continuous improvement of the production processes and execute long-term strategic plans.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan weekly production schedule, according to customers' requests and inventory levels. Schedule, train and motivate employees for the Co-Packing Production department. Implement safety policies and procedures for the department. Help design and implement automation projects. Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field required. No previous experience required. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on skills. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint).
