- Partner with the COO and Technology to prioritize areas of investment across workflow and tool development
- Help to define and reflect artists' production needs so that Technology and Technical Directors can optimally plan and build solutions
- Help with research into solutions being developed externally to understand additional options for INK
- Work with the Producer to understand each filmmaker's priorities and artists' preferred production approaches
- Collaborate with filmmakers and artists to assist in the selection of optimal workflows and tools for each new production based on understanding show needs and learnings across all INK productions
- Assist in artist onboarding to the INK, specifically around learning INK best practices, tools, and workflows # Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of animation pipelines from pre-production through post-production, with openness to learning and supporting GenAI-native workflows and experimental technology integration
- Experience working in or in support of production management on animated features
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive implementation within an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment that is constantly evolving
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented while being flexible and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, especially with the ability to translate between creative, technical, and executive audiences and build alignment around new workflows
- Ability to provide candid, helpful, tactful, and timely feedback to colleagues
- Ability to think with long-term as well as short-term goals in mind
- Knowledge of asset and shot tracking systems, preferably ShotGrid / FlowPT
- Experienced in Google Suite (preferred) and/or Microsoft Office
