This role works closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to improve manufacturing processes, support customers, and solve complex technical challenges. What You Will Do Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues and improving processes. Work directly with customers and the sales team to understand technical requirements and develop reliable solutions. Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality. Research and implement new processes, equipment, and technologies . Create technical documentation and work instructions for manufacturing personnel. Train supervisors and production staff on new processes and engineering updates. Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions as needed. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to support production goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or similar) or equivalent experience.
