Identify and resolve technical issues in real time. Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to support live broadcasts. Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high-quality standards. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Be part of a 24/7 broadcast team. Our MCO team members work a variety of shifts including morning, swing, and night. What You Bring Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required. Experience in live broadcast or production environments. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with broadcast automation systems. Technical proficiency with video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems. Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines.
