Supplier Quality Engineer:
Lead and oversee supplier quality assurance processes to meet industry and government standards. Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and risk evaluations to ensure compliance and quality performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues. Develop, review, and implement quality plans, inspection documentation, and non-conformance procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and quality systems. Supplier Quality Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical field; or equivalent relevant experience. 8+ years of supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or supplier-development experience. Experience supporting Government or defense contracts and working with contract quality requirements under FAR Part 46; DFARS experience preferred where applicable. Demonstrated ability to qualify, assess, and monitor suppliers based on quality-system capability, technical competence, capacity, delivery performance, and risk. Experience conducting supplier audits, including quality-management-system, process, product, and special-process audits. #
