Full-Time / On-Site [1 remote day per week after onboarding]

About the role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and help ensure materials arrive on time to support production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works independently, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is primarily based in our Louisville, Colorado office. Employees are eligible to work remotely one day per week following onboarding and demonstrated proficiency in the role.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage purchase orders in NetSuite Follow up with suppliers on order status, lead times, and deliveries. Expedite critical orders when needed Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers to support cost-effective purchasing and reliable supply. Monitor inventory levels and ERP replenishment signals Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and Accounts Payable Communicate supply risks and delays to the Procurement Manager Generate purchasing and inventory reports Build strong supplier relationships through professional communication Collaborate with other departments to support purchasing activities and production schedules Respond promptly to internal requests for purchase updates, order status, and supplier information
Requirements:
Required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience using an ERP system Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Preferred NetSuite experience Knowledge of MRP/inventory planning Accounts Payable or bill reconciliation experience Why Join TruBlue?
