We are seeking to hire a Sustaining Engineer who will specialize in product design and development, prototyping, packaging, documentation and sustaining engineering that support both the most cost-effective production and the highest quality delivery of products to customers.

What you will be doing: Willingness to work all projects to closure and make the team successful no matter what it takes

Aptitude for creative approaches to efficiency gains in engineering support Develop design improvements that reduce cost and or improve performance Populate and release Engineering Change Notices

Prepare and populate product BOM in ERP system

Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs

Ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Travel up to 15% What we are looking for: Experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Proficiency in Solidworks, MS Office, PDM and ERP systems

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve engineering challenges

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
