Our Dynamic Components Integrated Product Team plays a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing efficiency, ensuring we meet the demands of today while preparing for the innovations of tomorrow.

THE WORK

Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Experience in applications of learning curves and capacity/manpower planning Desired Skills Aircraft Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and/or Overhaul Experience Knowledge Work Measurements and Time Standards, Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Cost Analysis and Estimating. Greenbelt Certified

• experience leading process improvement activities Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) Experience with Excel Macros, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, Alteryx Experience with Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Interview Questions Be accountable: Give me an example of a time you went above or beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
