Role:
The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in our engineering team, focusing on the design and optimization of manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for analyzing current production workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions that enhance throughput, quality, and safety. The Process Engineer will also lead the creation and implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production workflows and high-quality output.

Experience and Education:
Bachelor's in engineering or related field preferred. Strong technical expertise in a specific area of engineering (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical). Familiarity with CAD software Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office skills. 2+ years' proven experience in production/industrial engineering
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance) to develop, refine, and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor project progress, anticipate potential obstacles, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions. Identify and lead projects focused on improving safety, reducing production downtime, and enhancing product quality and manufacturability. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tooling, and process enhancements that support continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and drive long‑term corrective and preventive actions. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry's best practices. Analyze current process flows and provide recommendations to improve throughput, reduce variation, and optimize resource utilization. Respond quickly to production‑stopping issues, troubleshoot root causes, and support teams in restoring operations safely and efficiently. Collect, interpret, and analyze production data to identify trends, assess process capability, and support data‑driven decision‑making. Develop and maintain documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process control plans. Support training of production employees in new processes, equipment changes, or revised procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5
