Okaloosa Technical College - North Campus is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technology Instructor to train adult students for careers in manufacturing, industrial systems, and engineering technology. This hands-on role is ideal for experienced industry professionals or educators who want to make an impact in workforce development. Industry professionals encouraged to apply - no prior teaching experience required. Responsibilities Teach core skills in manufacturing, safety, and basic engineering concepts. Provide hands-on lab instruction with real-world applications Monitor student progress and maintain an organized classroom Ensure lab safety and maintain tools/equipment Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, engineering technology, or related field High school diploma required (degree preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Teaching or training experience Industry certifications Willingness to obtain Florida CTE teaching certification Program Information 1080 hour CTE program
