On-site Job Description The Impact You'll Make As a Supplier Industrialization Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier development. Your work will help support supplier readiness, process improvement, and operational performance initiatives that contribute to quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability goals. This is an opportunity to learn how global organizations bring products and processes to life by partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will provide mentorship, coaching, and practical exposure to real business challenges. Through meaningful projects and data-driven problem solving, you'll build foundational skills in supplier industrialization, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and project coordination while making a tangible contribution to team objectives. What You'll Be Doing Support supplier readiness and industrialization initiatives by gathering and analyzing data related to supplier capacity, quality, delivery, cost, and process performance. Contribute to continuous improvement, value engineering, and value analysis projects by conducting research, preparing data, and helping track actions and outcomes. Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams to support project execution and drive alignment. Assist with supplier and internal stakeholder follow-up activities to ensure documentation, process updates, and project milestones remain on track. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong interest in manufacturing, supplier development, continuous improvement, project management, cost reduction, or sustainability. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a willingness to learn data analysis and project tracking tools. Demonstrated analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and learn in a cross-functional team environment.
