Job Description:
Supplier Development Engineer positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Coordinate supplier development activities from concept through production readiness, including APQP and PPAP deliverables. Review supplier process capability and quality documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams. Assist with supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with
IATF 16949, ISO
9001, and customer specific requirements. Support suppliers in implementing corrective and preventive actions for process improvement and defect prevention. Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality) to ensure program readiness.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience working in supplier quality, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering.

Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

Using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA; andPerforming supplier audits, process capability reviews, or quality assessments.

Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
