Job Description

Job Summary The Mixture Line Associate is responsible for the critical first stage of the manufacturing process. This role involves the high-precision handling and blending of raw materials that form the friction compound. You will ensure that every batch is mixed to exact specifications, utilizing barcode verification and environmental monitoring to maintain the highest standards of product consistency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand whole mixture manufacturing processes to efficiently operate.
  • Check the quality of raw materials.
  • Ensure all materials and supplies are needed for smooth production flow.
  • Remove all defective materials in a separate confinement area.
  • Make it sure for dedicated hopers and associated raw materials to avoid any mixture mistakes.
  • Measure corrects quantity of raw materials before filling into the associated hoppers after barcoding scanning to be matched.
  • Wear proper PPE to protect while working in mixture line.
  • Check proper level of temperature and humidity for raw materials.
  • Store all raw materials in the right location by 5S standards.
  • Follow work instructions and checklist for standard operation procedure.
Qualifications:
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • At least 3 years' working experience in manufacturing plant.
  • High school diploma or similar educational background.
  • Strong work ethic for teamwork.
  • Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
  • Keeping good attendance for working hours.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
