Job Description
Experis is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives for clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will analyze workflows, capacity, and resource utilization; develop and implement process improvements; and apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to increase quality and efficiency. You will create models, SOPs, and performance metrics, support change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Analyze operations, workflows, and capacity to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Design and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Develop models, standard operating procedures, and documentation to support optimized processes Define and track KPIs and performance metrics for operations and projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders on solutions and implementation plans Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tools Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis Contribute engineering expertise to bids, proposals, and project planning Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Required Skills Industrial engineering fundamentals Lean methodologies Six Sigma methods Process mapping and modeling Time and motion studies Data analysis and statistics Operations research and optimization Continuous improvement (Kaizen) Technical documentation and SOP development Project management
