We are seeking a Creo Engineering Technician to support manufacturing master data accuracy and improve the quality of BOMs and routings across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, routings, engineering change processes, and ERP master data. This position will play an important role in improving product costing, capacity planning, scheduling, MRP accuracy, and overall manufacturing efficiency. Job DutiesIdentify and investigate BOM and routing inaccuracies through production feedback, kaizens, engineering reviews, and operational assessments.

Review drawings, BOMs, routings, work instructions, and process impacts to determine required changes.

Create and prepare ECNs/ECOs and change packages for engineering review and approval.

Update JDE BOMs, including components, quantities, and revisions, following approved engineering changes.

Update JDE routings, including operations, sequence, and labor standards, following required approvals.

Partner with Product Engineering to ensure product definition and BOM changes follow established ECN processes.

Work with Planning regarding routing standards, capacity assumptions, and labor requirements.

Validate BOM explosions, work orders, routings, labor, and material requirements following system updates.

Identify opportunities to eliminate rework, workarounds, excess material handling, and non-value-added activities.

Support improvements to inventory accuracy, labor and overhead costing, MRP signals, and manufacturing capacity visibility.

Maintain accurate and governed master data while ensuring changes are properly documented and approved.

Participate in cross-functional master data review meetings and track open change requests, ECNs, and improvement metrics.

Support the company's long-term transition toward a Windchill mBOM strategy.

QualificationsExperience working with manufacturing BOMs and routings.

Experience with JDE or a comparable ERP/MRP system.

Creo experience required, with the ability to review and interpret 3D models and engineering data.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and routing structures.

Experience with ECNs/ECOs and engineering change processes.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and work instructions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inaccuracies and process improvement opportunities.

Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Production, and Operations Excellence teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate master data.

Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP environments preferred/required.

Metals processing experience required.

Experience working with Nickel, Titanium, and/or Cobalt materials required.
