• supplier quality management Experience level: 5-10 years in supplier quality or quality assurance What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier performance against agreed quality metrics, SLAs, and contractual requirements Conducting supplier audits, assessments, and capability evaluations to ensure compliance with QMS standards and design specifications Investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and field failures with suppliers, developing and tracking corrective action plans Collaborating with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to define quality requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria Maintaining supplier quality documentation, records, and reporting within the QMS Supporting the implementation and improvement of supplier quality processes and procedures Mentoring and coordinating with junior team members on supplier quality initiatives Communicating quality expectations and standards to suppliers and internal stakeholders What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards (such as

ISO 9001, ISO
