Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Lead Supplier quality activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Drive the cost collection process within our sites and trigger the cost recovery process with suppliers. Drive supplier complaint resolution, including 8d investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned. Analyze supplier quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with Quality, R7D, Operations, and Procurement teams to strengthen supplier performance and reliability. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field. 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Management. Experience with supplier audits, onboarding, complaint management, and quality systems. Strong problem-Solving skills using tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Analysis. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; SAP/ERP experience and FMCG or Automotive industry experience are a plus. Some benefits of joining
