Overview:
We are seeking a person who enjoys working in an open, team environment and desires to be a long-term, hands-on contributor. We promote working directly with the production team on a day to day basis with constant communication.
Job Duties:
Contribute to a culture geared toward the wellbeing of other employees and sustainable growth.

Provide daily support to the production team, including answering technical questions, troubleshooting at the test department, and approving work in process changes to the units.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the designs that you support, including improvements in manufacturability, cost reduction, and performance.

Manage design projects to implement continuous improvement concepts.

Facilitate the engineering chance notice (ECN) process for design changes.

Create new bills of material (BOMs) for custom units.

Validate new designs through testing and data collection.

Create and update Wiring and Piping diagrams for production.

Review work orders for production to ensure bill of material accuracy.

Review and improve build practice and design standards (SOPs).Utilize Solidworks to create CAD models for design projects.
Qualifications:
