Duties Clear and clean tables swiftly after guests leave, ensuring a spotless dining area that meets sanitation standards. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies following safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Set tables according to restaurant standards, including arranging silverware, glassware, and napkins for upcoming guests. Support food service operations by delivering food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and courteously. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas regularly. Communicate effectively with team members through internal channels to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with restaurant sanitation procedures and food safety standards is advantageous. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
