Responsibilities Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish standards and optimize resource utilization.
Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Theory of Constraints, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies to improve operations.
Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and visual management tools.
Design and optimize manufacturing work cells and facility layouts to improve material flow and reduce wasted motion.
Create and analyze current-state and future-state value stream maps.
Evaluate equipment, tooling, and production methods to improve performance and reduce downtime.
Support cost analysis activities for existing products, new product introductions, and process changes.
Analyze manufacturing data and ERP system information to support operational decision-making.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify process variation and implement sustainable improvements. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis.
Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software. Benefits 401k with Company Match After 90 Days
