We are looking for a Warehouse Engineer with strong SAP EWM experience to support warehouse operations in Mattoon, IL. What You'll Do Support and improve warehouse processes using SAP EWM Help define and improve processes for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Serve as a go-to resource for SAP EWM transactions and best practices Train and support warehouse employees on SAP EWM processes Work closely with warehouse associates, engineers, and other teams to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions Help implement process improvements and standard work What We're Looking For Strong hands-on SAP EWM experience Experience with warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action Strong data analytics and data visualization skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both engineering and frontline warehouse employees Ability to work onsite in Mattoon, IL Metatarsal safety boots required Ideal Background This role would be a good fit for someone with experience as a Warehouse Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, SAP EWM Analyst, or similar , particularly in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
