EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TNAs a member of the Wayfair Industrial Engineering team, you will identify, design, and execute high-impact projects that scale our ability to deliver the perfect order. You will own the optimization of building layouts, design advanced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems, and partner closely with cross-functional operations teams. From running ROI analyses and drafting RFPs to managing vendor procurement, your work will directly drive the next generation of Wayfair's supply chain technology - including hardware, software, & supporting technology.

What You'll Do:

Financial & Data Analytics:

Perform rigorous ROI analyses (Capital vs. Labor savings) to justify engineering solutions and support data-driven procurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as the engineering liaison between local site leadership and remote business partners through clear, structured communication.

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of distribution center operations, racking design, and automated conveyor/sortation/robotics systems.
