Full Job Description Job Description:
Supplier quality engineers' performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The engineers will lead investigations into supplier related non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approval processes. The position will play a critical role in improving incoming material quality and reducing issues identified during production. Candidates will collaborate cross functionally to implement process improvements and enhance supplier accountability. This is a hands on role requiring ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis. Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting. Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes. Nice to

Experience improving supplier selection and qualification processes. Familiarity with incoming inspection control and material quality validation. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across supplier networks.
