Industrial Engineering Internship The Industrial Engineering Intern will work alongside Dexter's Engineering and Site Teams to identify opportunities, solve manufacturing challenges, and execute projects that make a measurable impact on our operations. This is a hands-on internship designed to give students meaningful experience in a manufacturing environment. Interns may take ownership of projects from initial problem identification and scoping through analysis, implementation, documentation, and results.
