Production Support Engineer Details:

Direct Hire position $49,920.00 to $56,160.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday) Serve as the primary engineering support on the production floor, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings while using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product quality Partner with engineering to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to production team members, including training on processes and best practices Ensure all processes, equipment, and installations meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications Support engineering change requests and collaborate with quality and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Production Support Engineer Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a production engineering or similar technical role. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
