Fabrication Drill Operator

SUMMARY:

Working as a member of the Fabrication Dept, the Fabrication position is responsible for the cutting , bending, sanding, and drilling various parts for pontoon assembly. There are two levels of

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use Maintaining equipment and machinery so they canoperatesafely Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for their machines Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed Reporting safety hazards within the work environment Be able to stand forlong periodsoftime Be able to lift 50 LBS or more with assisted teamlift Be able to identify/verifyparts Preparing skids of parts for shipment Cut, Shear, Saw, Sand, Drill, and Form Parts

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED. Ability to read a tape measure. Previousfabrication experiencepreferred Experience with shop tools and equipmentrequired. Ability to read prints and drawings. Great organizational skills. The ability tomaintainprofessionalism under pressure . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
