Develop, implement, validate, optimize and industrialize manufacturing processes for assembly and fabrication operations Support new product introduction and the transitioning of products from design to production ensuring efficiency and scalability Work hands-on with production to develop, implement, troubleshoot and improve processes Work with operators, vendors and designers to develop tooling designs and implement it on floor Support the installation, setup, qualification, validation and production startup of new manufacturing equipment Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, quality, safety and cost Work with multiple departments to achieve goals Perform root cause analysis and failure investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Develop, document, validate and maintain work instructions, process flows and engineering documentation Develop and maintain APQP documentation including PFD, PFMEA, control plans, MSA studies and process validation protocols Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC etc Support compliance in
ISO 9001, ISO
13485 and other regulatory requirements Education Requirements BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering or related Education and relevant experience combination will be considered Required Skills & Experience 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering in a production environment Hands on experience with processes such as soldering, tooling, fixtures, epoxy application and manufacturing equipment Experience in high volume manufacturing environments Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Should have experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis Experience in process validation methodologies including
IQ/OQ/PQ
