Job Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for: Serve as the technical authority for complex CNC machining, multi-axis programming, tooling strategy, fixturing, and process development. Lead enterprise-level manufacturing problem solving, establishing scalable standards, methodologies, and best practices. Develop and govern manufacturing documentation, setup standards, and process controls within an ERP-driven production environment. Drive quality, metrology strategy, SPC, and in-process verification aligned with regulated manufacturing requirements. Translate customer requirements into robust, production-ready process and quality strategies. Mentor and elevate technical talent through hands-on guidance, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in CNC machining, process engineering, or related fields. Strong understanding of CNC programming. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, ESPRIT, or similar). Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining tolerances. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation processes. Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
