Job Description Responsibilities:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for precision machined components. Support new product launches and process validation activities. Optimize machining operations, including grinding, turning, honing, and milling. Design tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing solutions. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives. Manage capital equipment projects and equipment upgrades. Support PFMEA activities and process capability improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and customers on manufacturability and quality requirements. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 4+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience. Experience with machining processes such as grinding, turning, milling, or honing preferred. Knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with
ISO/IATF
quality standards. Experience with CAD software and manufacturing process development. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment. What's on
