Job Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes for precision-machined products. Lead process development activities, including capacity planning, cost analysis, and new product launches. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Optimize machining operations including grinding, honing, turning, and milling processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies. Design tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing process improvements. Evaluate, justify, and manage capital equipment projects from concept through implementation. Collaborate with product engineering teams to enhance manufacturability and product performance. Support PFMEA development and continuous improvement activities. Interface directly with customers regarding manufacturability, process capability, and quality requirements. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and engineering standards.
