Description The Supplier Quality Specialist will ensure that all materials and components supplied by external vendors meet our quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting audits, managing supplier relationships, and assisting with implementing quality improvements initiatives to enhance overall supplier performance. + Leads and conducts supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards. + Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and delivery issues. + Leads the development and implementation of corrective actions to address supplier quality issues. + Work with cross-functional teams to communicate quality concerns and collaborate on solutions. + Document and track quality issues, audit findings, and corrective actions. + Prepares quality reports and presenting findings to senior team members. + Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices. + Perform tasks in other areas of Quality Assurance as may be assigned. •_Level / pay for this position will be commensurate with education and experience._•Position Requirements + Bachelors Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field with 6+ years supplier quality experience or equivalent. + Master Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field with 4+ years supplier quality experience or equivalent. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Advanced communication and interpersonal skills + Advanced knowledge of quality management systems •_RENK America is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Veterans/Disability_•Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt EOE Statement RENK America is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
