Job Description As a member of the Lear JIT System (LJIT/LearPICS) team in the IT Shop Floor organization, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the LJIT/LearPICS suite of applications for manufacturing plants in North America. LJIT/LearPICS are proprietary, Lear developed Just-In-Time (JIT) systems designed for scheduling the production and shipment of customer orders. You will also focus on innovation and improvements to the LJIT/LearPICS system and deployment processes as we look forward to the next generation of the system to fit with the evolving needs of the business. Responsibilities Implement and support the Lear Just-In-Time system (LJIT) - Lear's modernized shop floor sequencing software.

Implement and support the LearPICS system - Lear's internally developed shop floor sequencing software for customer ordering.

Coordinate with plant and corporate engineering and logistics teams to understand the build process and utilize that understanding to configure and integrate LJIT/LearPICSDevelop and manage project plans for implementation projects assigned to youSupport pre-production testing and debugging of order scheduling with other Lear manufacturing and storage systems.

Identify necessary enhancements of the system and submit change requests to the LJIT/LearPICS development teamTrain the plant IT and engineering teams in the operation and configuration of the LJIT/LearPICS applicationsProvide troubleshooting support to plants on existing installations throughout the region as an expert of the systemInteract and communicate effectively with all levels of Plant and Corporate personnelBuild productive relationships with Lear colleagues, and provide knowledge, support, and expertiseTravel when necessary, up to 50%, to support plant launches Your Qualfications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical EngineeringMotivated, self-starter that can actively listen, learn, and execute without much direction, but can also operate effectively as a team memberPositive attitude with the ability to stay professional and focused under pressureStrong problem-solving skills with logical troubleshooting mindsetUnderstanding of OpenShift cluster architecture, deployment and navigationStrong communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to simplify and convey technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and managementProject Management experience Bonus If You Have Experience in a manufacturing IT environmentExperience with JIT (Just-In-Time) sequencing systemsExperience with .net environmentExperience with log aggregation platforms/toolsExperience with SQL and running queries against a modern database (Postgre
