About You:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing/industrial engineering. At least 2 years of general experience in a manufacturing environment covering a broad range of related quality functions and machining various materials from a quality and manufacturability perspective. At least 1 year of specific experience in developing, implementing, and coordinating quality plans. Demonstrated ability in statistical process control techniques, methods, procedures and systems. Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar, or a strong demonstrated ability to learn automation tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula development. Intermediate level of other PC (Microsoft Office) and SPC software experience. Sound decision making skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Primary Objective :
To develop, implement, and maintain a robust supplier quality assurance process for both external suppliers and internal manufacturing operations, analyze quality performance data, conduct regular supplier and internal process audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. To leverage process automation and data management skills—including experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and related business intelligence tools—to modernize quality workflows, improve data visibility, and streamline supplier and internal supply chain management. To ensure that all products and materials from external suppliers and internal production meet the company's quality standards, maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
