Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence Leadership Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing performance. Drive sustainable operational improvements. Process Improvement Identify manufacturing process inefficiencies. Reduce waste and non-value-added activities. Improve process capability and efficiency. Implement standardized work practices. Continuous Improvement Activities Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions. Facilitate Kaizen workshops. Lead Root Cause Investigations. pply DMAIC methodology. Drive structured problem-solving initiatives. Data Analysis & Decision Making nalyze operational metrics and KPIs. Identify trends and improvement opportunities. Use statistical tools to support decisions. Measure and sustain improvement results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with:
Manufacturing Quality Engineering Supply Chain Operations Teams Project Leadership Lead projects from identification through implementation. Ensure sustainment of improvements. Manage stakeholders and change adoption. Training & Coaching Coach teams on Lean methodologies. Train employees on Six Sigma tools. Build a culture of continuous improvement. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure compliance with: Quality Management Systems Regulatory Standards Business Requirements Medical Device Manufacturing Practices
