Position Description We are hiring a Quality Engineer at our Jefferson City, MO manufacturing facility supporting our Air Cooled Applications business. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting a rapidly growing operation by leading supplier-related quality activities while also supporting internal and customer quality initiatives. This is a hands-on, onsite role for a Quality Engineer who enjoys problem solving, working cross‑functionally with Operations and Engineering, and driving issues to permanent resolution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage supplier quality issues, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D preferred) to supplier, production, and customer quality issues Serve as a primary point of contact for supplier quality performance and improvement efforts Conduct and support product, process, and system audits in alignment with
