Our goal is to deliver exceptional care right in the comfort of your home. Job Description Ann's Dream Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA Caregivers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain dignity, independence, and comfort. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you! This is a part time evening position. Key Responsibilities Assist the child with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Engage the child in developmentally appropriate activities to support learning, communication, and emotional growth. Assist with mobility and transfers using proper equipment and techniques. Support behavioral plans by using consistent communication, structure, and redirection techniques. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster trust and comfort. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Monitor and report changes in the child's physical, emotional, and behavioral condition. Follow and implement the individualized care plan and behavior strategies as directed by the care team. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate regularly with supervisors and family members. Assist with transportation for errands and medical appointments. Ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in personal care, home health, or facility-based care. Previous experience working with children with austim, ADHD, and a developmental delay. Must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care. Ability to follow detailed care instructions and work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation to and from client's home.
