Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:
As a Senior Screen Printing Production Engineer, you'll be a critical driver of innovation and quality within our print division. This is a highly technical and creative leadership position that requires deep knowledge of every stage of the screen printing process. From pre-press setup to final output, you will oversee the systems, people, and workflows that bring our products to life.
Responsibilities:
Production Engineering Develop and implement optimized screen printing setups with a focus on quality, consistency, and color fidelity. Artistic Collaboration Work closely with the design team and clients to translate artwork into technically sound and visually stunning prints. Quality Assurance Lead the charge in maintaining our high standards, conducting regular inspections, and continuously refining our QA processes. Leadership & Mentorship Train and guide production staff, fostering a team-oriented, solution-driven work environment. Equipment Oversight Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment—including ROQ presses, dryers, and exposure units—to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation. Workflow & Efficiency Optimization Audit and streamline production workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and improving turnaround times. R&D Lead research initiatives to test new mesh counts, emulsions, ink systems, and production techniques.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in screen printing (manual and/or auto press). Expert knowledge of mesh counts, emulsion coating, screen exposure, ink mixing, and substrate selection. Familiarity with ROQ equipment and retensionable roller frames is a major plus. High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership experience in a specialty print shop. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high expectations. Reliable transportation to and from our facility. High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications or formal training in screen printing are a plus.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM (Occasional weekends as needed)
