- Monitor daily batch jobs and online transactions.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents.
- Support Severity 1 (Critical) and Severity 2 incidents.
- Perform job restarts and reruns.
- Analyze abends and failures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and business teams.
- Provide on-call support.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and prepare incident reports.
