  • Monitor daily batch jobs and online transactions.
  • Analyze and resolve production incidents.
  • Support Severity 1 (Critical) and Severity 2 incidents.
  • Perform job restarts and reruns.
  • Analyze abends and failures.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and business teams.
  • Provide on-call support.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and prepare incident reports.
  • Support releases and production deployments.
Salary - $80,000 to $110,000
