Training:

a woodworker or cabinet maker with real shop experience who wants to grow into technology. You'll start with sawdust on your boots. Then you'll learn Mozaik, the software behind how every one of our jobs gets drawn, cut, and built. What you'll do Work the shop floor: assemble cabinets, assist on the CNC and edgebander, and build alongside our experienced team Learn Mozaik from the people who use it every day, with a teacher for every skill Move into engineering: turn approved designs into shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC files Become the shop's go-to for "what" and "how," and build the one-offs, prototypes, and first articles that are easier to build than to explain Split your week between the shop and the office, with more screen time as your skills grow You might be our person if You have 2+ years in a cabinet shop or millwork (assembly, machining, or finish carpentry) You work to 1/32" and notice when something is off You're curious about software and want a career beyond the bench. Mozaik, SketchUp, or CAD experience is a plus.
