Job Description
Help Build Luxury Custom Cabinetry Albritton Custom Cabinetry is a growing luxury custom cabinetry manufacturer serving high-end residential clients, designers, and custom home builders throughout the Charlotte area. We are looking for a motivated Production CAD Engineer to join our team. Whether you already have experience with cabinetry or are a recent graduate with strong CAD skills and a passion for manufacturing, we are willing to train the right person. If you enjoy designing, problem-solving, engineering, and seeing your work come to life on CNC machinery, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Convert approved cabinetry designs into detailed shop drawings Customize cabinet designs for production Prepare CNC programs and production files using Mozaik software (training provided) Generate cut lists, labels, and manufacturing documentation Work closely with our Project Manager and shop team to ensure projects are built accurately Support CNC operations and continuously improve manufacturing processes Help develop standards and systems that improve efficiency and quality Qualifications CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, Revit, Cabinet Vision, Mozaik , or similar) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read drawings and learn new software quickly Interest in woodworking, cabinetry, CNC machining, manufacturing, or engineering Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with Mozaik software or CNC programming is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
